Shedders United

As you all would know, collies have a LOT of fluff. When we were thinking about getting Buddy we discussed having another rough coated dog in the house, and how we would handle the excess fur. We came to the conclusion that we'd just expect double the amount of tumble weeds that we have got with Holly and deal with it as normal. Only it's somehow not double the amount, but significantly more than double. Triple. Quadruple even. We are coming in to spring and the dogs are shedding, so our timber floors now look like they are carpeted the day after we vacuum. How do two dogs shed so much?! Lucky they are adorable.
